Bluewater, under contract and backed by a purchase order, purchases the various raw materials and ingredients required to make the proprietary blend, in amounts equivalent to fulfill the purchase order, blends the materials to the companies specifications, and stores the finished blend until delivered to the company in accordance with the purchase order.
